Overview

8-Bit Arcade rewards early testnet participants with a 10 million 8BIT token airdrop. Your allocation is based on your activity across gaming, Discord, Telegram, and staking.

Eligibility Requirements

You qualify for the airdrop if you meet ANY of these criteria:

• 5+ games played on testnet

• 1+ tournament entry

• 50+ messages in Discord or Telegram (with linked wallet)

• Active stake with linked wallet

Point System - NO CAPS!

Your airdrop allocation is calculated from points earned across multiple activities. There are no caps - the more you participate, the more you earn!

How Discord Roles Work:

1. Join the Discord server and get the "Noob" role automatically

2. Chat in channels - your messages are counted

3. Link your wallet with /link 0xYourWallet

4. Roles are assigned automatically based on message count

5. Role syncing happens periodically throughout the day

Earn points by participating in our Telegram group. You must link your wallet using the /link command.

The 6 participation methods are:

1. Gaming (playing games)

2. Tournaments (entering any tournament)

3. High Scores (ranking on any leaderboard)

4. Discord (messages with linked wallet)

5. Telegram (messages with linked wallet)

6. Staking (active stake on-chain)

Example: If you have 500 base points and use all 6 methods, your weighted points are 500 × 2.0 = 1,000 weighted points!

Early Adopter Bonus

The first 100 players by activity date receive a 2x multiplier on all points! This stacks with the breadth bonus.

Proportional Distribution

There are no fixed tier caps! Your allocation is calculated as:

Your Tokens = (Your Weighted Points / Total Weighted Points) × 10,000,000

How it works:

• Everyone's weighted points (base points × breadth multiplier) are added up

• You receive a share of the 10M pool proportional to your weighted points

• More points = more tokens, no arbitrary caps

Tier labels (Legendary/Epic/Rare/Common) are for display only, based on your rank position:

• Legendary: Top 1%

• Epic: Top 5%

• Rare: Top 20%

• Common: Everyone else

Excluded Accounts

Owner and team wallets are tracked in the system but excluded from receiving airdrop tokens. Their points are automatically redistributed to community participants.

The airdrop uses a 3-month vesting schedule:

How to Claim

3. Initiate Claim - Sign the transaction to start vesting

4. Claim Vested Tokens - Return monthly to claim unlocked tokens

FAQ

How do I check my Discord message count?

Use the /points command in Discord to see your current stats and estimated airdrop points.

Can I link multiple wallets?

No. Each Discord/Telegram account can only be linked to one wallet, and each wallet can only be linked once.

What happens to unclaimed tokens?

After the 90-day claim window, unclaimed tokens are returned to the treasury.

Do I need ETH to claim?

Yes, you'll need a small amount of ETH on Arbitrum to pay for gas fees when claiming.

Are staking points from testnet or mainnet?

Staking points are calculated from your on-chain staking activity at snapshot time.

When are Discord roles synced?

Roles are synced automatically throughout the day. If you just reached a threshold, it may take a few hours to update.

What is the breadth bonus?

The breadth bonus rewards users who participate in multiple ways. Using all 6 methods (gaming, tournaments, high scores, Discord, Telegram, staking) gives you a 2x multiplier on your base points!

Are there any point caps?

No! We removed all caps. Every game you play and every message you send counts toward your allocation. The more active you are, the more you earn.
